BUGLER OF THE YEAR – TAPS $2,000 Scholarship Opportunity

The contest to select the Ceremonial Bugler of the Year will be conducted in 3 phases –
1. Virtual Submission – each participant will submit a cell phone video of themselves performing TAPS.
2. Virtual Voting – a link to the each submitted video will be given to the participants with instructions about soliciting “Likes” from their virtual audiences.
3. Live Performance and judging – The top 8 videos in terms of “Likes” will be invited to perform live at the Plano Flags of Honor – November 8-15. 2025.  The live performance will be videoed and submitted to the national panel of judges who will select the Ceremonial Bugler of the Year.
