November 7: 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
November 8: 12 p.m - 4:00 p.m. (Waitlisted)
November 14: 11 a.m.–4 p.m. (Waitlisted)
Applications are reviewed as received; and will be notified promptly, space is limited

Bring a food truck or trailer with its own generator; electricity is not supplied.
Have a current Texas Mobile Food Vendor License and liability insurance by November 1.
Follow City of Plano fire, life-safety, and operating rules.
Offer a distinct menu; organizers seek a variety of food.
Pay the $100 event fee upon acceptance. It is refundable if the event is cancelled.
